Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation for no defects in products purchased:

Customers have a right to return a product without defects within 7 days of receiving the product. Receiving date is calculated based on the courier handover receipt. Returned products must be in new condition with proper packaging. Return shipping costs would be borne by the customer. For any exceptions outside this guideline, customers must communicate with Bandhini Customer Service at bhsupport@bandhinihome.com and seek special considerations where required.

Cancellation if product carries defect: 

Customers have a right to return a product within 7 days of receipt in case the product carries a manufacturing defect. Receiving date is calculated based on the courier handover receipt. In the case of a product carrying a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs would be borne by Bandhini Home (free return shipping not applicable on international orders). All such returns need to be approved for return and refund processing prior to the return shipping being initiated. 

Customers must communicate with Bandhini Customer Service at bhsupport@bandhinihome.com to have returns acknowledged and investigated prior to the return process initiation. No return of merchandise will be accepted without prior written consent and shipping instructions from Bandhini. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by Bandhini.
