Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices for international deliveries exclude duty and all other port charges at destination.
Payments and Correspondence
All payments must be made online through this portal. Bandhini will not process the orders and cannot be held responsible, for payments made through any other mode, without the express prior consent of Bandhini.
Shipping
Complete shipping information with the complete delivery address (postal address) must be given at the time of order placement.
Bandhini Home will not be responsible for non-delivery of consignments on account of incomplete or incorrect addresses.
International shipments: Customs Duty and port charges at destination are to be borne by the customer.
Bandhini is not responsible for failure of delivery, loss or damage in transit or storage on account of the customer having given an incorrect or incomplete address or on account of failure to clear port and duty payments at destination. Any demurrage charged by the Shipping Agency on account of the customer delaying the payment of Duty and Port charges, must be paid by the customer.
Partial Shipments
We reserve the right to make partial shipments and take due care to notify customers should the need arise for partial shipments to be made. If a partial shipment requires additional shipping charges, which were not quoted to the customer at the time of purchase or separately agreed mutually, these costs would be borne by Bandhini Home.
Quality Limitations
Bandhini products are made using beautifully handcrafted elements. The products therefore are not guaranteed against fading, wearing or shrinkage. Professional dry cleaning is the recommended mode of cleaning. All dimensions quoted should be considered approximate. We produce products in units of inches, and for the purpose of giving a value in centimeters, use a multiple of 2.5 for converting the units. Fabrics, when viewed against light, cannot be guaranteed to be free of visible variations in ground texture, when so used. All fabrics respond to changes in atmospheric conditions to some degree. It is reasonable to expect dimensional fluctuations of up to 5%. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos or reproduction of official advertising layouts or designs is prohibited. Advertising, promoting or displaying our products or images related to our products or including our company name and/or proprietary brand names is prohibited without the prior written consent of Bandhini Home. Bandhini will sell its products according to the terms and conditions described herein. All Bandhini designs are protected under the Copyright Act. The designs described in our price lists and showcased on our website and other properties are the intellectual property (IP) of Bandhini. All products are inspected carefully prior to shipment. Being handcrafted in nature, the elements in our products such as such as the fabrics, embellishments are naturally irregular and inconsistent.
Liability
We supply all goods on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods purchased. In no circumstances whatsoever shall the company be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
